Stocked items leave the warehouse the next working day. Machines and racks go out palletised.

Tracked delivery
3–7 working days in the EU, 2–4 in the UK. Heavy items on a two-person kerbside service with a delivery window.

30 days to return unused equipment. Manufacturer's warranty handled through us, in your language.
Shipping, returns & policies
Shipping & delivery
Stocked items dispatch within 1–2 working days. Tracked delivery takes 3–7 working days within the EU and 2–4 working days in the UK. We also ship to Norway and Switzerland (customs handled by the courier). Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight; orders over €250 ship free within the EU.
Machines and racks (ergs, bikes, sleds, racks) are delivered on a palletised two-person service to the kerbside. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Returns & refunds
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; we extend it — unused equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send a label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back.
Faulty or damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return shipping.
Warranty
All equipment carries the full manufacturer's warranty, honoured through us as an official distribution partner — you deal with one counterparty in Europe, not an overseas support queue. EU statutory guarantee rights apply in addition and are unaffected.
Which wall ball / sled weight should I train with?
Train with the weight of the division you'll race in. If you're between divisions, buy the heavier option — the lighter session is always available by loading less on the sled or choosing the smaller ball.
Privacy policy
Nyctaeus Limited is the data controller for personal data collected on this site. We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders: name, delivery address, email and phone number. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
We do not sell personal data. Order data is retained for 6 years to meet accounting requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We process data in accordance with the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
